Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment through the PROTX secure payment processing system.
The PROTX payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate PROTX to obtain secure information.


If you are a "NOCHEX" account holder then you can choose to place your order through the "NOCHEX" secure payment processing system instead.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Shipping And Handling
We charge a flat rate of five pounds ex. VAT for delivery (whatever the size of the order) to the UK mainland. There are no additional charges for shipping to any UK mainland address. We use royal mail first class recorded delivery for smaller orders and "interlink express" couriers for larger orders.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order within 1 business day of the order being placed - usually same day dispatch if order placed before 12 noon.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In almost every circumstance, if an item is on our website, we have sufficient quantities of it in stock.
Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is already included in prices on our website, no tax is added later.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble exchange or refund guarantee - if there is a fault with any item we sell, we will happily replace it or give you a full refund at no charge to yourself, as long as returned to us in good condition in the original packaging.

Prometheus Technology Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (eg address supplied to couriers for delivery purposes).
